ABOUT US
Lady Dukes New Jersey is a highly competitive club program for young ladies who love the game of softball and want to compete at the highest level.

OUR MISSION
The mission of the Lady Dukes New Jersey softball organization is to provide an environment and a culture that instills the values of hard work, commitment and sportsmanship while competing at the highest level. Our players carry these values from the softball field to their daily lives; thus, becoming strong, confident, and successful young women.

The Lady Dukes New Jersey have partnered with Turn 2 Sports Consulting to guide, advise, and empower our athletes throughout the recruiting process. See more details below.

OUR PROGRAM
Typical Fall (Mid-Aug - October)

2 Practices/Week (ex Tues, Thurs)
~6 Tournaments (Saturdays AND Sundays)
Practice on Weekend (if no Tournament)

Typical Winter (Mid-Dec - March)

1 Team Practice/Week (required)
2 Satellite Practices (attending 1 is required)
Strength and Conditioning included in Practices

Typical Spring/Summer (April - Mid-July)

2 Practices/Week (ex Tues, Thurs)
~10+ Tournaments (Saturdays AND Sundays)
Practice on Weekend (if no Tournament)
