Lady Dukes New Jersey is a highly competitive club program for young ladies who love the game of softball and want to compete at the highest level.

​OUR MISSION
The mission of the Lady Dukes New Jersey softball organization is to provide an environment and a culture that instills the values of hard work, commitment and sportsmanship while competing at the highest level.  Our players carry these values from the softball field to their daily lives; thus, becoming strong, confident, and successful young women.

OUR PROGRAM
Typical Fall (Mid-Aug - October)

• Dukes Day - Organizational Kickoff Event
• 2 Practices/Week
• 1 Practice/Non-Tournament Weekend 
• Approx. 6 Tournaments

Typical Winter (Mid-Dec - March)

• 1 Team Practice/Week
• 1 Team Practice/Weekend 
• 1 Organizational Practice/Month
• Strength and Conditioning included in Practices
• Approx. 1 Tournament

Typical Spring/Summer (April - Mid-July)

• 2 Practices/Week
• 1 Practice/Non-Tournament Weekends
• Approx. 10 Tournaments
